Definitions

TalkGenie is an AI communication platform that facilitates conversations with AI assistants. To enable our service, we process and store certain information related to conversations, user interactions, and AI responses as outlined below.

Conversation Data

To provide the AI conversational service, we process conversation data in real-time to understand context, generate responses, and improve our AI models. Conversation data we collect includes:

Message content: Text messages, voice transcriptions, and multimedia content
Conversation metadata: Start and end times, conversation duration, message count
User interactions: Clicks, navigation patterns, feature usage
AI responses: Generated responses, response quality metrics

AI Model Training Data

But in no circumstances, we will discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from Children under 13. If you become aware that a Child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.
